Introduce a Multi-Branch Management System that allows organizations with multiple centers or campuses to manage each branch independently under a single EtheraGuru account. Each branch will maintain its own set of data — including courses, batches, students, tutors, invoices, and attendance records — ensuring clean data separation. Admins and authorized users will be able to switch branches easily from a dropdown or dashboard view, instantly loading the corresponding branch’s data and settings.

Implement a Smart Attendance Recording System integrated with scheduled sessions, enabling tutors and admins to quickly mark attendance for students. The system will offer multiple efficient options — such as one-tap marking, auto-marking for online sessions (via join logs), and bulk updates. It will support marking statuses like Present, Absent, Late, and Excused, with the ability to add remarks. Over time, this module will generate analytics for attendance trends, consistency reports, and automatic alerts to parents/students for frequent absences.

Introduce a Class Scheduling System that allows tutors and admins to schedule sessions for each batch or course. The feature will support both one-time and recurring sessions, specifying details such as date, time, duration, tutor, and mode (online/offline). Integration with calendars and notifications (email, WhatsApp, or in-app) will ensure that students and tutors are reminded automatically. This system will also lay the foundation for attendance tracking and timetable views.

Add Class and Session Scheduling System

Enable organizations (tuition centers, institutes, schools) to create and manage individual tutor and staff accounts within their organisation. Each account will have personalized login credentials and role-based access to features — such as viewing assigned batches, marking attendance, managing students, handling invoices, or accessing reports. Business owners/admins can assign permissions, reset credentials, and deactivate accounts as needed.

Create an interactive Payment Analytics Dashboard that provides real-time insights into revenue, collections, and outstanding balances. The dashboard will visualize metrics such as total invoices generated, payments received, overdue amounts, upcoming dues, collection trends, and payment method breakdowns. It will include filters for branch, date range, and course/batch, empowering business owners to monitor financial performance and make data-driven decisions.

Enhance the invoicing and WhatsApp notification system by embedding secure automatic payment links in all invoice-related messages — including invoice generation, upcoming due, and overdue notifications. These links will redirect customers to an online payment gateway. Upon successful payment, the system will automatically record the transaction, update the invoice status, and generate a payment record without manual intervention.

Introduce automated WhatsApp notifications triggered when a payment is recorded in the system — whether received online or manually added by an admin. dd an integrated Feedback and Support Widget within the EtheraGuru web and mobile apps to allow users to easily report issues, share suggestions, or request help without leaving the platform. The widget will include options for selecting a category (e.g., bug report, feature request, billing issue), attaching screenshots, and sending quick feedback. Submissions will automatically route to the support dashboard or ticketing system, ensuring faster response and improved customer engagement.

‘Total Revenue’ metric shows values from invoices which are draft and carried forward statuses too - which is not needed. Carried forwarded invoices have transferred balances to another invoices, so we should not consider them, otherwise it will be wrong calculation. Draft ones are not finalised ones, so we should not consider them.

Workspace search feature seems to be case senstive, please make them case insensitve as we may not always remember to type with exact case.
