Add WhatsApp Notification for Upcoming Invoice Due Dates

Extend the existing automated WhatsApp notification system (currently triggered on invoice generation) to also send reminders when an invoice is nearing its due date. The feature will automatically detect invoices approaching their due date (e.g., 3 days before) and send customizable WhatsApp reminders to customers, reducing missed payments and improving cash flow management.
